Can you access my computer at any time?
We at IT Media Consultants value your privacy. Unless requested by you, we do not access ANY computer without the consent of either you or your employees. As an extra security measure, we also allow you to disable remote access to your computer via the Go To Assist agent.
How will I be billed?
We offer monthly billing. We provide invoices and payment reminders via email. Checks can be mailed to the ITMC home office address. We are working to create a payment portal on our website for easier customer payments.
How do I know what plan is right for me?

How can you remotely access the PC’s for support?
We use an agent called Go To Assist which is an application that we install on your computers in order to perform all of the various services offered to you.Already have an internal IT department or a technical specialist on site that handles most of your day-to-day IT issues? We can effectively supplement and assist your current IT staff by providing monitoring, maintenance, and support.
